Description

Scope of Work: Work would include mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and materials, including setup and tear down of equipment. Removed and disassemble pump and motor and steam clean. Evaluate the well motor and pump and associated equipment and provide the Town a recommendation for repairs/replacement if needed. Setup and remove surge equipment, provide and maintain contractor owned generator to power the equipment. Estimate 40 hours machine time. Chemically treat well, estimate 150 gallons muriatic acid, chlorine etc. Chemically treat well, estimate 60 gallons of Pantonite PM77. Chlorinate and return well to operation. 8. Provide video pre and post cleaning.
