Description

The General Scope of the Work Includes but Is Not Limited to: Selective Interior Demolition, Renovation, and Addition of the Former Adph Lab Facility Adjacent to the Aum Campus. The Scope of Demolition Includes Selective Interior Slab Removal, East Exterior Wall Removal and Site Wall and Pavement Removal. An Addition Will Be Constructed on the East Side of the Building and Will Include Infrastructure for the Building's Labs. The Entire Building Will Be Renovated With New Roofing, Interior Walls, Flooring, Finishes as Well as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
