DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: A. Removing existing roofing materials and installing new roofing materials with associated structural upgrades. Contractor shall be fully responsible for all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the complete construction of the work required in the Contract Documents. B. Products or systems may be provided under a Value Managed Relationship (VMR) the Owner has negotiated with the supplier. VMR products and systems are indicated as such in the Specifications. LOCATION: 1006 East 200 South, Spanish Fork, UT 84660 BID BOND: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid will accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Liquidated Damages - Conditions governing liquidated damages are specified in the General Conditions and in the Supplementary Conditions.
