2022-2023 TOC Flatwork and Street Improvements Package 1

These Task Order Contract projects will provide concrete flatwork and asphalt flatwork as directed by city staff at various locations throughout the city. These projects will deliver construction to accomplish the approved or otherwise directed projects under various authorized programs such as but not limited to the IMP sidewalk program, NAMP and ramp repair programs. Specific services may include the demolition of existing curb, driveway approaches, and existing sidewalks and then followed by the installation of similar curb, driveway approaches, and sidewalks and curb ramps that meet all city specifications, including the supplemental specifications of this contract package. Ancillary work may be prep ROW, limited application of topsoil and sod to restore the area, and relocation of incidental utilities such as water meters and sprinkler heads. Tasks may also include asphalt repair or asphalt placement (type B for base and type D as a wearing surface).

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
