| Description | New LVT floor coverings for approximately 5100 SQ. FT. of interior offices over wood frame sub-flooring/deck and partial concrete slab area of office space. The scope of work shall include the following - Removal and disposal of all existing floor coverings (carpet, vct, sheet vinyl materials). Sub-floor and deck surface prep for the new flooring installation. Coordination efforts with owner to provide that the facility remain operational during the work. Moving and shifting of furnishings and file systems to accomplish the work . New vinyl base and accessories items to complete the work. Also Includes minor Gyp-Bd wall construction / painting. |
