Replacing HVAC Units for Five (5) Communication Towers Bidders should verify the equipment to be replaced and the work conditions. Those making appointment to visit will have the opportunity to inspect the work areas, equipment etc, so as to be familiar with the work area and conditions. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis or individual item basis, whichever is in the best interest of the County. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time has been called on the date of opening.
