2022 John Greer and Maple School Restrooms

The project consists of renovating 4 existing Restrooms at Maple Grade School (500 South 4,h Street, Hoopeston, IL 60942) and 2 existing Restrooms at John Greer Grade School (609 West Main Street, Hoopeston, IL 60942), Prevailing wages in accordance with Vermilion County is required. Bid security is required, in the form of a bid bona or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within 30 days after the date of openinq of bids, and that the successful bidder will enter into a Contract for the work awarded to them Bid security shall be made payable to Hoopeston Area CUSD #11. Bonds are required: Both a Performance Bond and a Labor and Payment Bond are required for this project, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the owner. Award of a contract is anticipated to occur by December 16,2022, The work area wi not be available for on-sitework activities until Tuesday June 1,2021 .The Work shall be Substantially Complete on or before July 14, 2023 with Final Completion on or before July 2,8,2023. " ' All questions to be submitted to A/E by end of business Wednesday, November 23rd. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued by Tuesday November 29th.
