Devlin Park Tennis Court Reconstruction

Devlin Park Tennis Court Reconstruction The reconstructing and conversion of the current exterior court facility to accommodate four pickleball courts. This work will include the removal of all fence fabric, removal of several fencing posts and footings, and all tennis court netting posts and foundations. The contractor will excavate an area (approx. 12' X 126') for addition court surface. Install two inches (2") of HMA binder material followed by one- and one-half inches (1 1/2") of HMA surface course. The installation of new fence posts and fence fabric where specified and reinstallation of removed fence fabric, gates, and hardware over existing fence posts. New tennis and pickleball court net sleeves, posts, and footings will be installed. The final stage involves the application of surfacer, two coats of acrylic color, and line striping. The contractor will clean the site and repair/seed damaged landscape areas
