| Description | Provide Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspections services for its Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). Services are to be provided in accordance with 24 CFR 983 - HUD regulations, PBCHA administrative policies, as well as state and local building codes. Tasks will include any or all the following: scheduling, appointment notification, coordination, inspection, re-inspection, and documentation of inspection results. The PBCHA HCVP provides rental assistance to over 2,400 households throughout Palm Beach County. |
