Description | This project is part of the Crownbrook Homeownership Initiative Redevelopment Plan, Known as CHIRP. Work includes the construction of two 2-family owner occupied houses at 31 and 35 Adams Street. PLEASE NOTE: - This project is subject to CHRO Set Aside requirements. Set aside affirmative action plans must be submitted by all trade contractors over $50K CHRO.
