Environmental Mowing, Trash and Contract

Contractor shall perform the services set forth in this contract in a timely, workman-like manner. 1. Contractor shall mow all grass, weeds and brush including moving around all obstacles, leaving no ridges of high or uncut grass along 401 Highway, 211 Highway, Highway 20, at least 2 times per year coordinating with NCDOT. 2. Trimming/Cutting/Raking. Contractor shall trim all bushes and unsightly branches, cut large tree limbs that have fallen or logs, rake and remove heavy concentrations of litter, small debris and fallen leaves and/or branches. Contractor shall clear right of way of debris and clippings as needed. 3. Garbage, debris and waste removal. Contractor shall pick up and remove all garbage, rubbish, debris, trash and waste materials, including but not limited to cans, bottles, loose papers, dead tree limbs, grass and brush clippings, abandoned/broken/unused household appliances, furniture, and other like items.
