Construction of 0.038 of Box Bridge and Approaches on the Russell Road

The construction of 0.038 of Box Bridge & Approaches on the Russell Road being known as Project No. LSBP-58(20) in Pontotoc County, MS. The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; minority business enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Pontotoc County and the State of Mississippi must accompany each proposal. For Bidders submitting bids electronically, the bond submitted must be either a bond issued by the Surety in electronic format or the original hard copy of the bid bond must be submitted to the Pontotoc County Board of Supervisors, Pontotoc, Mississippi prior to bid opening in order for the bid to be valid. The entire PROPOSAL is required to be turned in for both paper and electronic bid submission.
