| Description | The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible bidders for the purpose of obtaining bids for Contractor shall provide bi-annual generator preventive maintenance services to include a two hour load bank test and as needed, diagnose generator issues and preform any necessary repairs according to the specifications described herein, as requested by the Albany County Sheriff’s Office. 1.1 Contractor shall provide bi annual generator preventative maintenance services to include a 2 hour load bank test and, as needed, diagnose generator issues and perform any necessary repairs according to the specifications described herein. 1.2 Albany County Sheriff’s Office has ten (10) locations with back-up generators as itemized in Attachment A. 1.3 All preventative and repair services shall be performed in a manner consistent with National Fire Protection Association 110: Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems. |
