Description

Project requires the contractor to provide Construction services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to perform field inspection of the interior and exterior of (1) 120,000 gallons elevated water storage tank and the foundation to evaluate the present condition of the water tank and to determine work requirement to repair the tank. Prepare and submit a comprehensive written report and an itemized bid proposal for complete repairs on all deficiencies for BIE, Aneth Community School, Aneth, UT.
