State Route 19 Intersection Pavement Markings

The Peters Township Council is seeking bids for the installation of hot thermoplastic pavement markings at multiple intersections along the State Route 19 corridor through the Township. The base bid includes five intersections and approximately 500 feet of 24" stop bars, 915 feet of 8" crosswalks, 145 feet of 24" yellow gore hatching, 36 single and combination arrows, pavement marking removal, traffic control, and other items incidental to the project. There are three additional intersections included as Add Alternate bids. Bids shall only be considered valid if bidder is included on the official plan holder list. Only the purchase of the plans and specifications from the Township will place purchaser on the official plan holder list. Bid Security in the amount of 10% is required. PennDOT prequalification of bidders, including subcontractors, for the proposed work is required on this project. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by an executed Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form provided by Peters Township. Peters Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
