Maumelle Pickleball Complex

Maumelle Pickleball Complex at the backside of the Maumelle Recreation Center. For any questions concerning Contractors Licensing Requirements contact the State Licensing Board at (501) 372-4661. Based on our understanding of the project scope, the project is expected to include the new construction of seven (7) pickleball courts, sidewalk and trail connections, benches with shade structures, and a detention pond. The construction is expected to be completed in two (2) phases. Phase I will consist of constructing three (3) pickleball courts and bench shade structure to the south of the existing community center along with the new trail. Phase II will consist of constructing the remaining four (4) pickleball courts and three (3) bench shade structures to the east of the community center and the detention pond. We expect that the pickleball courts and pedestrian trail will be constructed utilizing rigid concrete paving.
