Project titled 4142 Arrowhead Park Road Improvements; entails water main extension, gas main extension, sanitary sewer extension, and construction of 3 roadways; Park Street, Film Street, turn lanes on Triviz and turn lane on Arrowhead. B. The grades shown on the finish grade profile and finish contours are designed to drain. A typical crown will be shown on some areas and super elevation in other area will be shown in the grading plan. C. Base Bid: 1. Roadway and utility improvements on Film Street from Arrowhead Park Road to Triviz Drive. This will include the roadway, grading, parking, curb, sidewalk on the south side, drainage improvements, traffic control, reclamation seeding, utilities, electric conduit, communication conduit, signing/striping and all components to provide a facility ready for use complete in place. 2. Roadway improvement on Triviz Drive associated with Film Street intersection. This will include the roadway, curb, grading, traffic control, fencing, signing/striping, drainage improvements and all components to provide a facility ready for use complete in place.
