Description

The project consists of installing approximately 2,136' of 8" DIP and 33 service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as show on the plans are also included. All Bids shall include the Bid Submittal Documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "130056-34, Dellwood Estates Water Main Replacement" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. AIA Bid Bond or Payment and Performance Bond forms are not acceptable for this Project
