Work of the Contract includes the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental for the construction of public Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer, & Storm Sewer Systems and Private Paving Systems Serving Lakes of Bella Terra West Commercial Properties. The two private roadways consist of Bella Piazza Way and the Commercial Access Rd. located north of Via Mazzini Way and west of Katy Gaston Rd. This project will consist of the construction of water lines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer lines and paving per plans and specifications. Further information regarding scope of work is described in the unit price schedule, as well as the project drawings The Project is located in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 133, on the south side of FM 1093 (West park Toll Road), west of Katy Gaston Road, East of Rancho Bella Parkway and north of Via Mazzini Way in Fort Bend Couty, Texas
