Landscape Arborist Services

The Finance and Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration on behalf of the Department for Facilities and Support Services (DFSS), Division of Building Services (DBS) issues this Master Agreement for pruning and tree maintenance Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the maintenance of trees and removal of debris as described herein, at the locations listed herein. The using agency representative (UAR or their designee) shall notify the contractor of specific projects. The Contractor shall review the project with the UAR and begin work within two (2) weeks after notification to proceed by the UAR. Vendors' Written Questions Due: 09/27/22 by 10:00 A.M., Eastern Time Commonwealth's Response to Written Questions: 09/28/22 All supplies, equipment and services shall be subject to inspection or tests by the Commonwealth prior to acceptance. In the event supplies, equipment or services are defective in material or workmanship or otherwise not in conformity with specified requirements, the Commonwealth shall have the right to reject the items or services or require acceptable correction at the Vendor's expense.
