City of Angels (Angels Camp) Utica Park Bathrooms Construction Bid

Prepare, deliver and install prefabricated Uni-sex ADA accessible bathroom for Utica Park in Angels Camp, Calaveras County, California The Project will provide bathrooms near the Utica Park Kitchen which is undergoing upgrades to meet commercial kitchen certification requirements. The bathrooms will serve the public during emergencies when the park kitchen provides community meals and during regular park hours. Due to time constraints associated with the Project's funding source, the City is seeking delivery and installation of a pre-fabricated Unisex ADA accessible bathroom prior to November 2023 and needs to expend 80% of available funds towards the purchase prior to June 25, 2023. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of Angels.
