Contract A - Items of work include HMA Pathway and miscellaneous removals, earth work and grading, site prep and installation of a modular self-contained Green flush Technologies, Inc. (or equivalent) flush restroom building with subsurface sewage holding vault, aggregate parking lot, concrete sidewalk and ADA parking spaces, pavement markings and ADA signage, rain garden, benches and bike rack installation, site restoration and all related work.
