This Contract consists of joint and crack sealing at various locations in Anne Arundel County. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated county. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing work that is not associated with this Contract in this county. Special attention is directed to GP-5.06, Cooperation between Contractors. Project Cost Class C - $500,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. DBE Participation (%) 8.0 A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00.
