Demolition of 1310 Long Avenue

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with bidder's name, address, date and time of opening, and "RFP 2023-01 for 1310 Long Ave. & 903 16th Street Demolition." Specifications are listed on the City's website. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Bid shall be for the demolition of structure, cleanup and removal of all accumulations of junk and debris and the cutting of grass and weeds on the property. The City of Port St. Joe reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Bids in whole or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new Statements of Bids, or to postpone the opening pursuant to the City's purchasing policies. Each Statement of Bid shall be valid to the City of Port St. Joe for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening.
