Description

The Proposed park major improvements include: removal of existing in ground electrical outlets and installation of new inground electrical outlets; pressure washing of playground equipment and existing pavilion; construction of four (4) 18” tall circular concrete retaining wall block benches around trees; 4 new street lights installed within park; cleaning and painting of existing iron arch; installation of aluminum handrails at entrance to park; removal of existing wood post fence around park; installation of black aluminum fence with gates; installation of two new tennis court benches and trach cans; mulching of limited trails and landscape areas; planting of landscape areas.
