Janitorial Services for Main Street Station (MSS) and Happy Day Transit Center (HDTC)

The successful Offeror shall provide the services as described herein for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on approximately July 1, 2022 and expiring on June 30, 2023 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional one year term. The Bidder shall provide all required Janitorial Services for the Main Street Station facility and Happy Day Transit Center as described below. VRT will provide all cleaning agents, but bidder should expect to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment needed to provide the services. Cleaning services include but are not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, surface wiping, toilet and sink cleaning, trash removal, and other associated janitorial and related tasks. Equipment needed to provide the services below are vacuums, mops, brooms, waxing equipment, and pressure washers as needed. Additional alternate tasks are also described and listed below.
