Fairhaven Visitors Center Entry Door Restoration

Base Bid Consists of the following scope of work: Removal of the existing granite stairway, railing and entry platform at the South Doorway. Turn all granite over to Owner. Demolition and Removal of existing stamped concrete sidewalk at South side of the Visitor’s Center extending from the parking area to the West stairway to sidewalk. Re-pave repair of asphalt parking area. New parking striping and ADA parking graphics and ADA signage at parking area. Excavating and preparing subsurface to receive a new compacted gravel base for a new granite entry stair and sidewalk. Providing and Installing new concrete stairs with blue stone topping for entry platform and stairway. Provide and install new traditional painted decorative steel/malleable iron handrail at each side of South entry stairway. Re-grading as required and excavating and preparing subsurface to receive a new compacted gravel base and concrete sidewalk. Provide and install new concrete sidewalk with Brick Paver edge. Alternate #1 Provide and install new brick sidewalk with Brick Paver edge Demolish and Remove the existing railing at West stairway. Provide and Install new traditional painted decorative steel/malleable iron handrail at existing West stairway to sidewalk. Re-landscaping and new grass seeding of all disturbed areas
