Prospective bidders who qualify for the SBE Program and are not currently certified should submit a completed application packet prior to bid submittal to allow time for review. Any bid received on this project from a firm not maintaining a current certification with NCDOT as a Small Business Enterprise shall automatically be rejected. Due to the need for NCDOT personnel to separate all Proposals after the award of the Contract, Division 10 is requesting that all bidders refrain from stapling these large proposals together and instead use a Binder Clip to bind the bid package together.
