Description

Roof replacement of four buildings at the Riverview development in Quincy, MA. Work includes replacement of asphalt roof shingles, underlayment, drip edge, flashing and ridge vents for a complete watertight installation. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Project consists of: The general scope of work consists of the complete removal and proper disposal of the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing and drip edge.The replacement of asphalt roof shingles, felt underlayment, ice and leak barrier underlayment, aluminum drip edge and rake edge, and sheet metal flashings to existing roof penetrations, curbs, walls, chimneys and siding, ridge vents, starter strips, nails and other fasteners, and plastic cement and other items required for a complete watertight installation for the following four (4) Buildings: 29 Quarterdeck Road, 37 Quarterdeck Road, 129 Doane St. and 65 Yardarm Lane.
