Description | New Field House work consists of construction of a new fieldhouse including but not limited to Site Work, General Construction, Structural Work, Mechanical and Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work. The fieldhouse is a pre-engineered metal building with a 2 ½” insulated metal wall panel and metal roof. The Work Out Areas in the fieldhouse will have a depressed slab to accommodate a powerlift training area floor. Batting cages, protection pads and a shell net around the entire perimeter. The Lobby and Toilet Facilities will be constructed with conventional masonry bearing walls and steel joists and metal deck. A cold formed metal mansard equipment screen will be constructed around the perimeter of the entrance and the metal roof will match up to the pre-engineered portion enclosing the Work Out Areas. The metal roof and metal wall panels over the conventional construction will be installed by the pre-engineered metal building installer. This work can begin once permits are issued. This work must be substantially complete by August 21, 2020. Locker Rooms, Team Room, Library and Front Entrance Renovations at the Pennsauken High School: 1. Boys and Girls Locker Rooms, Team Rooms and Athletic Trainers Room: The work consists of renovation of the existing boy’s and girl’s locker rooms, team rooms, , athletic trainer’s room, shower rooms, storage rooms and offices as indicated on the Contract Documents including but limited to selective demolition, new lockers, new finishes, lighting, plumbing, mechanical work, and electrical work. 2. Library: The work consists of renovation of the existing Library as indicated on the Contract Documents including but not limited to selective demolition, new finishes, fire rated storefront system, lighting, mechanical work, electrical work. 3. Front Entrance: The work consists of renovation of the existing front entrance addition of a new security vestibule as indicated on the Contract Documents including but not limited to selective demolition of the existing storefront system, site work, general construction, structural work, mechanical and plumbing work and electrical work. This work can begin once permits are issued and construction times must be coordinated with the Owner’s use of the building. This work must be complete by August 21, 2020 |
