Roof Replacement for the Maintenance Operations Building

Project includes complete removal and disposal of existing roof material, installation of new roof using TPO roofing material, or equivalent, over insulation fully adhered with TPO bonding adhesive with heat welded seams including TPO pipe, vent, drain and inside/outside corner flashings. Deadline for Written Questions:June 17, 2022, 5:00pm The City is seeking construction services of a State of Florida Certified GC or General roofing contractor to provide permitting, labor and construction services for the Maintenance Operations Administration Building for roof replacement.Replacement of existing 2925 sq. ft. flat tar and gravel roof over the City of New Smyrna Beach, Maintenance Operations Administration Building, located at 124 Industrial Park Avenue. Existing roof is approximately 45 years old. City has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this RFP, to reject any/all proposals, to waive any/all informalities and/or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either the identical or revised specifications if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City to do so. Nothing prohibits the City from rejecting and re-soliciting.
