Carmen-Smith Transmission Line Culvert Improvements

Last Day for EWEB to Receive Questions March 9, 2023 The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids for professional construction services for culvert improvements at three separate locations along EWEB's Carmen-Smith transmission line, including CMP and fish passage pipe arch installation. There are several restrictions on the construction window that must be considered, but generally the work is expected to occur in June, July, or August. To ensure your submission is received prior to the closing date and time, it is recommended that your response is submitted via a Commercial Carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or in person by appointment with the Purchasing Contact. SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT: There will be only one point of contact for the entire Invitation to Bid process. The contact point is the EWEB Purchasing Office, and the contact person is the Purchasing Contact listed above, unless otherwise stated. Any questions or issues that may arise regarding the specifications, the bidding process, and/or the award process shall be directed to the Purchasing Contact listed above.
