| Description | Lower and plate all manholes and catch basins, as well as lower all water gate boxes as needed prior to removing pavement. Remove existing pavement, fine grade, adding shim gravel as needed. Place 2" 19mm HMA base. Set utilities to grade. Place 9.5mm HMA surface at 1.5". Perform driveway preparation as needed. Grind butt joints. Shim with 9.5 mm HMA. Set utilities to grade. Place 9 mm HMA Fine Surface pavement at 1". Perform driveway preparation as needed. | ||||
