| Description | Sealed bids for labor and materials to complete the Standing Electrical Services. Bids shall be received for a one (1) year, unit cost contract, for electrical work for electrical services to supplement the SDSU Facilities and Services Electrical Services group. Work may consist of new construction, maintenance, repairs and replacements to existing electrical systems, lighting, and building fire alarm systems on the SDSU campus and associated local agricultural units, as specified in the Contract Documents. Work under this contract may be either in buildings or exterior. This contract has the option of extending it up to four (4) times on an annual basis. South Dakota State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. |
