Willow Road Phase II Engineering Services

Willow Road at West Fork North Branch Chicago River and from the Des Plaines River to Waterview Drive, Phase II Engineering Services, Cook County, Region One/District One. Phase II engineering services are required for improvements to the Willow Road bridge at the West Fork North Branch Chicago River and to Willow Road from the Des Plaines River to Waterview Drive. The Consultant’s work is expected to consist of preparing plans, specifications, and estimates to current standards for the replacement of the Willow Road bridge over the West Fork North Branch Chicago River, including the TSL and structure plans, and for the reconstruction and widening of Willow Road. The Consultant’s work is also expected to include completing and updating existing design plans that are partially complete and to finish the contract plans for letting. The proposed improvement also includes modifying the roadway profile, modernization and replacement of traffic signals, new lighting, and the replacement of the equestrian bridge structure over Willow Road. The work may also include topographic survey, geotechnical services, and all other incidental work required to complete Phase II contract plans.
