Description

For Operation and Maintenance of the Monmouth County Household Hazardous Waste Facility The term of the agreement will be for a period of 22 months and service is expected to commence on March 1, 2023. The County may, at its sole option, renew and extend the term of the agreement for up to two additional consecutive one-year terms. A detailed discussion of the services required and a copy of the agreement to be executed in connection therewith are set forth in the RFB. The County appreciates your firm's interest in assisting the County to address this most important need and we look forward to the receipt of your bid. Bids must be submitted in writing on the forms furnished by the County in the Request for Bids. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of $20,000. The bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or original bid bond payable to the County The Company awarded the Service Agreement will be required to submit performance security and certificate(s) of insurance required by the Request for Bids. To be deemed responsive, all bids shall be submitted in accordance with, and accompanied by, any other information and documents specified in or required by the Request for Bids Any questions concerning the bid specifications should be emailed to FormalBidQuestions@co.monmouth.nj.us.
