Sewer District Project 615 A, B, C and D

The construction required will consist primarily of the installation of approximately 236 lf of 12” HDD Horizontal Boring with SDR 25 PVC fused joint pipe or Pilot Bore Alternate; 210` feet of 12” CL53 rigid restrained joint DI pipe on helical piers and 42 feet of 10” SDR 35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer, 2 manhole replacements and 1 new manhole installation from existing Stark County manhole 29-17 on Skycrest Dr. NW. to manhole 25-61R on Meadowview Ave. NW. The sanitary sewer is aligned through a new easement and includes one stream crossing. The total estimated cost of construction is $576,845.00. II. P615B. The construction required will consist primarily of the installation of approximately 599 feet of 8” gravity sanitary sewer, 1 manhole installation, 2 manhole rehabilitations, and 6 lateral reconnections from existing Stark County manhole 25-261 on Easypace St. NW. to manhole 29-35R on Parkdale Ave. NW. The sanitary sewer is aligned down Easypace Ave. then through an existing residential easement to manhole 29-35R Parkdale Ave. NW. The total estimated cost of construction is $379,750.00. III. P615C. The construction required will consist primarily of the installation of approximately 1,242 feet of 8” gravity sanitary sewer, 5 manhole installations, 1 manhole rehabilitation, and 20 lateral reconnections from existing Stark County manhole 25-345 on Devonshire Rd. NW. to manhole 25-441 on Dunkeith Dr. NW. The sanitary sewer is aligned down Devonshire Rd. to the intersection of Devonshire Rd. and Dunkeith Dr. The total estimated cost of construction is $836,570.00. IV. P615D. The construction required will consist of all three (3) projects 615A, 615B & 615C listed above.
