Curb Ramp Construction and Misc Concrete Repairs for Pavement Management 2022 and 2023 Projects and Other Curb Ramp Locations as Needed

The Project is located in various neighborhoods in the City of San Ramon, within the limits of the Pavement Management 2022 & 2023 Projects and other locations as needed. The Project is described as follows: demolition, and reconstruction of approximately 130 curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and City requirements. The work also includes miscellaneous concrete repairs of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, valley gutters, median curbs, driveways, and similar items. The items listed in this contract are to be completed prior to the asphalt concrete pavement phase of the Pavement Management 2022 & 2023 Projects. The Project must be complete in at least two phases. For each phase, the City will issue a Work Order. Work Order No. 1 and Work Order No. 2 are related to the Pavement Management 2022 & 2023 Projects, respectively. Any other work order afterwards is related to as-needed cases. Work Order No. 1 consists of the reconstruction of approximately 20 ADA curb ramps and all miscellaneous concrete repairs in the same neighborhoods. Work Order No. 2 is the reconstruction of approximately 100 ADA curb ramps and all miscellaneous concrete repairs in the same neighborhoods.
