Description

Furnish, deliver and install post-frame, metal skinned storage building. The Purpose and Intent of this sealed Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm-fixed price contract with one (1) qualified source to furnish, deliver, and install a 30' x 40' x 10' 6" post-frame, metal skinned storage building for Prince William County Public Schools, herein referred to as PWCS, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. Lesley Dean, Buyer, 703.791.8740, deanlm@pwcs.edu The following individual shall work directly with the Contractor in scheduling and coordinating work, answering questions regarding the scope of work, and providing general direction under the resulting contract. Richard P. Facciolo, Project Manager, 571.235.7086, facciorp@pwcs.edu It is the intent of PWCS to make an award no later than April 17, 2023. Actual onsite work is to be scheduled and coordinated with the Project Manager. The site will be available for work completion from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work completion outside these hours shall be arranged through the Project Manager. The time in which the Contractor agrees to complete the work is of the essence of the contract. Substantial completion shall be completed by December 22, 2023. Final project completion shall be completed no later than December 29, 2023.
