Description

The project generally consists of placement of stone shoulders, “Superpave” hot mix overlay asphalt surface course, wedge/level, base course, associated milling, asphalt patching. Subbase/subgrade repair, pavement fabric, and underdrains and other contingent construction items may be required for this project. Temporary and permanent striping/pavement markings shall be done by others. Millings shall become the property of the contractor and all millings shall be disposed of properly. No petroleum material shall be used for a release agent in the truck bed or on tools and other equipment. Project sites and underdrain detail are located on (refer to Attachments “A” thru “D”): 1. Bouchelle Road 2. Mechanics Valley (Bouchelle Road to Stevenson Road): Contingent Location 3. Elk Mills Road (MD Rt. 213 to County Maintenance Line): Contingent Location
