| Description | The work to be done under this Contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide traffic control services for the Authority Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of $250.00. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days of the date of the bid opening. The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. |
