Glass Repair and Maintenance DQ

Reference Number: 0000314033 Colorado School of Mines ("Mines") is seeking a list of qualified Contractors who can provide glass repair and maintenance services, and/or emergency glass repair services ("Services") on an as-needed basis. Contractors may submit a proposal if they provide requested services in whole or in part. Mines requires an average of 10 glass repairs per year (this is only an estimate; the number may fluctuate). Approximately, sixty (60) percent of these repair services are conducted during regular hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The other forty (40) percent of repairs require after-hours emergency service (Monday through Friday after, 5:00 p.m. and weekends). Services may be needed for any building on the Mines campus, which includes a variety of large commercial-grade windows from various manufactures. Mines has approximately 140 buildings on campus containing windows. A Campus Map is attached as Exhibit B. Mines requires a mix of mostly commercial glass, with some industrial and residential glass needs.
