Supply and Delivery of Granite Curbing for FY24

Supply and Delivery of 4 inch Granite Curbing for FY24 Each bidder shall submit, with the sealed bid, a bid deposit of 5% (five percent) of the total value of the bid. The contract period shall be from June 15, 2023 through December 30, 2024. All prices submitted by the Bidder shall be fixed for the entire contract period less the price adjustment clauses for fuel as stated. Any bidder finding ambiguity, inconsistency, or error shall promptly notify the Town of Mansfield contact person at mahern@mansfieldma.com. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the bid document shall do so in writing by certified mail to the contact person for this bid. Correction and/or additions to the bid document will be done by addendum and posted on Projectdog website. All other corrections, interpretations, or changes made to the bid document in any manner will not be binding. The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town. Bidders are reminded that the Town Officials neither individually nor collectively are to be contacted, nor will they discuss any bids prior to the scheduled opening.
