Description

The project consists of tearing off of existing roofs and replacement with a TPO roof & other masonry envelope repairs. a. Complete tear off of entire roof and replacement with a membrane TPO roof with built up insulation this includes the HVAC curbs, parapets and any other penetrations thru the roof deck b. New metal coping on the parapets c. Masonry, re-pointing and brick replacement with new venting and weeps as required to achieve a damp proof envelope d. Masonry expansion joints as directed in the drawings. e. Repair of canopies over egress doors including but not limited to reroofing & repainting f. Minor electrical work moving and resetting existing lights.
