All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Contract Specifications (15888020), Contract Drawings (M2397-D) and the Contract. LOCATION: U.S. Coast Guard Station South Padre Island 1 Wallace R eed Rd. South Padre Island, TX 78597 Offerors are requested to review this IFB as soon as possible upon receipt. If an offeror has any questions regarding the solicitation which require an answer from the issuing office, these questions shall be submitted, in writing, referencing section and paragraph of solicitation to the Contract Specialist, Karina Gudiel at Karina.Gudiel2@uscg.mil. The deadline for submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) is March 10, 2023; any RFI's received after this date the Government cannot guarantee an answer. A final amendment with questions and answers will be issued approximately 10 days prior to proposal due date. NOTICE: Funds are not presently available for this project. See clause 52.232-18 "Availability of Funds". The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
