It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to submit an accurate e-mail address when requesting Bidding/Contract Documents and to download each addendum. RETURN OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Upon returning sets promptly to DATAFLOW, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit for paper contract documents in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. All Bidding/Contract Documents (except for those held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to DATAFLOW, Inc., at the above address. 5. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days RIGHT TO WAIVE OR REJECT The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. COMPLETION TIME The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work."
