All contractors bidding All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be directed to Stephanie Gindlesperger at sgindlesperger@cityofsanmateo.org. The work generally includes: 1. Selective removal and demolition of existing civil site improvements, pavement structural sections, and minor clearing and grubbing which may include landscaped areas. 2. Protection of existing overhead and underground utilities throughout demolition and construction activities. 3. Water pollution control and site protection measures. 4. Subgrade stabilization, placement of base materials, placement of hot mix asphalt, PCC concrete pavement repairs. 5. Constructing concrete site improvements, and restoration of landscaping or private site improvements. 6. Traffic and pedestrian control throughout construction.
