RFP Construction Manager - Helena Food Share - Community Food Resource Center

Montlake Associates is working with Helena Food Share (Owner or HFS) to solicit proposals for GC/CM Services for a new Community Food Resource Center. The Owner plans to develop a single story, 20,000+/- square foot office building and with associated loading dock and parking to accommodate their operations. Project Title: Helena Food Share - Community Food Resource Center Project Site: 1200 Boulder Ave Helena, MT 59601 The procurement of General Contractor/Construction Manager[GC/CM] services by a qualified GC/CM to participate in a collaborative process to assist in the development and finalization of the design; to provide value engineering; influence the methods and sequencing of the construction phase; and participate in the construction delivery of a new Facility for Helena Food Share in Helena, MT (the “Project”). This Project Iis being funded in part by grants provided by the Montana Department of Commerce. The Helena Food Share envisions that the process for the development of the design and the delivery ofthis Project will be a collaborative processin which the GC/CM will participate as a partner with the Helena Food Share Building Committee and the members of the Design Team. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to second quarter 2023.
