| Description | The work to be performed under the provisions of this contract consists of the removal, hauling, and final disposal of water treatment plant lime residuals from the City’s South McLean Boulevard lagoon site and/or the Airlite Water Treatment Plant lagoon site. The lime residuals is generated by the water treatment processes at the City’s lime softening Water Treatment Plants. The City has an IEPA permit for land application of the lime residuals. |
