Roof Inspection and Repair Services

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8) Roofs are inspected on a yearly basis and will submit a written report of any findings and recommendations of any repairs needed. This report shall be reported to COR and contractor submits quote for cost of repairs. Objectives: To provide inspections on rubber membrane roofs and other types of roofs; and list any deficiencies that may need to be addressed in order to prevent water damage to interior of buildings. Scope Inspection: Contractor to inspect the following 21 selected buildings, (with approximately 317,000 sq.ft.) for roofing and flashing as well as waterproofing items and develop a comprehensive study to help the government prepare budgets for required work in constructive roof preventive maintenance.
